Return and Quality Control:

Kindly note we gladly accept returns for credit note or exchanges within 7 days as long as the returned products are new, unused and returned with all original packaging and tags.

We run a stringent quality control process on all our shipping and packaging processes. In rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, please get in touch with us with your order details and pictures within 48 hours at info@theshoetales.com.

  • We do not have a return pick up policy. We are not responsible for return/exchange items until they reach us. Or bring your invoice or receipt to any TST store for quick returns and exchanges.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your returned products.
  • Returns and Credit Notes:
  • All purchases on full price/sale/discount/promotion are eligible for replacement or a credit note only. Products bought on sale can be exchanged for size based on availability. In event of the product not being available we will issue a credit note for the same.
  • All Bags are considered Final Sale. No Exchange or Credit Note will be provided against it.
  • Clearance sales are final sale. No size / style exchange / credit note / refunds will be entertained.
  • Customised items are considered as final sale and will not be eligible for exchange or return.
  • If there is a need for the shoe to be altered and is within our scope of work we will take on the alterations solely at our discretion.
  • The product must be in its original unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached, in order to receive a credit note.
  • In the event of a return, the customer will receive an email with a voucher code to be used online as a credit note.
  • The voucher/ credit note must be used within 6 months / 180 days from the date of issue.
  • In no situation can the credit note be refunded into your bank account.
